1. “Choose Your Prize” Competition vote – Rules and Legal stuff

1.1. This competition vote entry is open to all Australian residents with an Australian address who are over 18 years of age.

1.2. To participate in “Choose Your Prize” Competition vote, simply head to Super Koupon’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/SuperKoupon and look out for the “Choose Your Prize” post on Super Koupon’s Facebook wall.

1.3 There will be a few options for different prizes for anyone to vote on, prior to the vote closing date advertised.

1.4 The results for the prize votes will strictly be counted on the day after the advertised vote closing date.

1.5 Generally one (1) of the most popular prize, or the prize option with the most votes (prior to the vote closing date) will be used as the “Join today and win” competition prize.

1.6 Super Koupon reserves all rights to determine which prize to give away regardless of the outcome of the votes, but generally should be the one with the most votes.


2. “Join today and win” competition – Rules and Legal stuff

2.1. This competition entry is open to all Australian residents with an Australian address who are over 18 years of age.

2.2. To be eligible to win the nominated prize advertised under the “Join today and win” competition, you must sign up to Super Koupon to receive the daily mail and provide us with your full name, date of birth, email address, contact number, suburb, postcode, state and agree to the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

2.3. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for this competition.

2.4. Any entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.

2.5. The winner of the nominated prize advertised under the “Join today and win” competition will be contacted by email or phone to validate eligibility and postal address.

2.6. Prizes will be dispatched to winners as soon as possible.

2.7. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.8. There is one (1) nominated prize per “Join today and win” competition which will be awarded with this competition. The nominated prize will be drawn at Super Koupon’s corporate office in Melbourne VIC 3000 (or any subsequent address).

2.9. Super Koupon has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is deemed not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

2.10. Super Koupon does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.

2.11. Entries for this “Join today and win” competition will only be accepted during the advertised entry period and before the advertised competition closing date. Any entries after the advertised closing date will not be entertained.

2.12. Super Koupon reserves the right to use the winners name or image for the purpose of publicity and promotion, subject to the winner’s final consent. In this event, the winner acknowledges that Super Koupon will own the copyright of any such images.

2.13. Super Koupon will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.

2.14. Any tax implications resulting from winning the nominated will remain the responsibility of the prize winner and not Super Koupon.

Super Koupon will bear no liability or responsibility for any issues or faults of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

2.16. Super Koupon will not be responsible for the warranty of the nominated prizes. In the case of any faults during or before usage of the nominated prize, please refer to any manufacturers warranty provided along with the prize.

2.17. Super Koupon’s decision in relation to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
